What is COHORT?

COHORT stands for Community Organizers Helping Officers Restore Trust. This initiative is a full day, interactive Diversity & Inclusion workshop designed specifically for Law Enforcement Professionals. This program is a facilitated dialogue that promotes an inclusive exchange of information, thoughts, and ideas from all stakeholders involved, including Law Enforcement Officers and members from their local community.

OUR PURPOSE

The Purpose of COHORT is to Build Bridges. We help Law Enforcement agencies across the country build, maintain, and restore trust with the diverse communities that they serve. We do this by leveraging experience and expertise in both Law Enforcement and Diversity training to proactively engage Law Enforcement Officers and citizens of diverse backgrounds and communities via relevant platforms and curriculums.
